Position Overview
Realize Medical is seeking an experienced QA Test Lead to spearhead our quality assurance efforts for our VR medical visualization software. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our platform meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and user experience. You'll work directly with development and regulatory stakeholders to deliver exceptional software that healthcare professionals trust for surgical planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing of our VR and PC medical visualization software
- Work closely with development and product support teams to log bugs and verify fixes
- Maintain, expand, and refine a suite of test cases
- Take ownership of the test suite management system
- Build and improve QA processes as the company grows
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of QA testing experience with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Experience with Software as a Medical Device in a regulatory-controlled environment
- Knowledge of VR and 3D visualization software is a bonus
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Familiarity with creating and executing test plans from requirements
- Knowledge of healthcare or medical technology preferred
This role is Hybrid with Ottawa in-office required.
